VA3XPR FM Repeater Analog Vacation Service Outage Toronto Amateur Radio Ham

Please note that the VA3XPR analog FM repeater will be off the air for a couple of weeks until a new antenna is installed at the site. The existing antenna is now being used by the new digital DMR repeater and a new antenna is on its way. In the meantime, if you need access to IRLP or EchoLink, please feel free to use the VA3XFT repeater on 446.850- PL 67.0 Hz, which provides IRLP & EchoLink connectivity to the VA3XPR repeater. Don is a 16-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and a licensed Canadian ham radio operator since 1988. He is passionate about VHF/UHF repeater communications, especially using digital modes and he has owned and operated a number of ham radio repeater installations over the years, including ones in both the provinces of Ontario (VE3/VA3) and New Brunswick (VE9).
