Great news for ham radio Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) users in Ontario! Today, the 100th DMR user ID was issued to the Sun Parlour Retirees’ ARC, marking a special milestone for DMR adoption in Ontario. In fact, DMR is growing so quickly that currently, there are 175 users IDs and 19 repeater IDs across Canada. With 11 DMR repeaters in Ontario alone, coverage across the province growing at an astonishing rate, making it possible for Ontario hams to get access to the DMR-MARC network and connect with other DMR users worldwide.
