VA3XPR Exploring the World of Digital Ham Radio
Interested in learning about the latest in digital voice communications? Perhaps you’ve heard something about DMR and MOTOTRBO, but not quite sure what they’re all about? Then you need to attend the Digital Mobile Radio Demystified presentation being held at the monthly meeting of the York Region Amateur Radio Club on October 1, 2013 at 7:30pm to learn all about the exciting world of Digital Mobile Radio (DMR). Don Trynor, VA3XFT, will be providing an overview of DMR and how it’s being adopted by hams all over the world, including a live demonstration of world wide communications using DMR.
